WE ARE

EDHEC Women in Finance (WinFin) is a student-led association at EDHEC Business School that aspires to promote personal and professional growth for women in the financial sector.

Founded in 2019 by five finance enthusiasts who wanted to make an impact in the industry by advocating for gender equality and inclusion, the WinFin team now consists of 29 core members from diverse cultures and backgrounds.

Our founding principles are built on a long-lasting commitment to women’s empowerment and develop a strong network for future professionals in Finance.

HIGHSCHOOL PROJECT

Intervene in French high schools by organizing Q&A sessions and workshops to raise awareness about social equity in access to higher education, especially with regards to the selective branches of finance.

NETWORKING SESSION

Introduce formal meetings with professional women in finance-related sectors, aiming to exchange experiences, ideas and create future collaboration.

PUBLICATIONS

Inform you about our latest interviews, news and testimonies we gleaned over time. Keep tabs on social equity progression all around the globe.

EVENTS

Collaborate with responsible firms, organisations and other EDHEC finance-related associations, hosting successful women in the finance industry as guests speakers.
