ABOUT US

WHO IS WINFIN

EDHEC Women in Finance (WinFin) is a student-led association at EDHEC Business School that aspires to promote personal and professional growth for women in the financial sector.

Founded in 2019 by 5 finance enthusiasts who wanted to make an impact in the industry by advocating for gender equality and inclusion, the WinFin team now consists of 21 core members from diverse cultures and backgrounds.

Our founding principles are built on a long-lasting commitment to women’s empowerment and developing a strong network for future professionals in Finance.

OUR TEAMS

HIGHSCHOOL PROJECT

Leads interventions in French high schools through Q&A sessions, workshops, and discussions aimed at raising awareness about social equity in access to higher education, particularly within selective finance-related fields. The project also seeks to inspire students, share career perspectives, and promote equal opportunities.

COMMUNICATION & I.T.

Monitors current events, synthesizing key information, and engaging WinFin’s audience through a weekly newsletter, financial content, interviews, and testimonies. The team also oversees web design, website updates, and the modernization of WinFin’s digital and IT tools.

PARTNERSHIPS & EVENTS

Organizes meetings, networking events, and exchanges with professional women working in finance-related sectors to share experiences, foster mentorship, and create long-term collaborations. The team also develops partnerships to strengthen WinFin’s network and expand its initiatives.
